Phil has trained thousands of clients in his career & knows what it takes to get you healthy, lean and strong; it starts with the mindset. He starts with an assessment, creates a personalized program & guides you every step of the way towards you reaching your goal.

Phil loves what he does for a living and loves being a part of the community in Austin, Texas. He considers himself more of a wellness coach than personal trainer and loves helping people discover optimal health. 

Phil Gephart obtained his Masters Degree from Concordia University (Irvine, California) in Exercise Science with a focus in Coaching & Athletic Administration. Phil’s passion for fitness is reflected in his involvement with sports throughout his life. In college he played basketball & soccer earning all-conference & MVP of the basketball team. Phil went on to play basketball professionally for 5 years with his best season in 2004-2005 where he played 52 games for SSK Perlas of Vilnius, Lithuania averaging 15 points & shooting 46% from the 3-point range. If you care about exercise results, choose an experienced professional.

Phil is certified in corrective exercise through the CHEK institute. He is a PICP (Poliquin Group) Strength Coach as well as being certified in Biosignature Modulation. He is a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through NSCA & has a specialized kettle bell certification (RKC). Phil holds a Personal Training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
